A Great Day starts with a well made Cappuccino!

Just repaired my home Espresso Machine over the weekend. What a difference a well pulled shot makes! Any day that starts with well made Espresso Bella, warm foamy 2% Organic milk in the shape of a heart and my Sweetheart's sincere appreciation (wink, wink) is gonna' be a great Day!

We love the "Bella" also. In fact just put in another order for some. Ours is pulled from a super-automatic machine 'cause we're a bit lazy in the morning.

We'd love to learn to perform foam art. Post some pics for us to try to duplicate!

We love the "Bella" as well. Ours is pulled from a super-automatic machine which does a pretty good job. It is very consistent which is a virtue, but I think the manual machines pull a better shot when you get it just right.

We would love to see some pics of your foam art!

Another Great Day!
Thanks for your post. Re: Latte Art, I find I get the best results with a small (no more than 12 oz.) pitcher. I'm bringing home a Latte Art DVD, but for now, I can't advise you any better than this site http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Latte-Art Check it out!

As I write this, I'm looking out over beautiful Sugar Lake, from the Sugar Lake Lodge near Grand Rapids, MN. I'm fortunate to have gotten to go this year the annual Roaster's Guild Retreat!

This morning I pulled shots from a couple of my peer's best work. I got to use a La Marzocco, considered by many (me included) to be the Ferrari of Espresso Machines. It was Sweet! Still... I'm proud to say that Bella stacks up well against the best there is!

The Retreat here has attracted over 100 other Specialty Coffee Roasters from all over the country and a few from overseas. We have broken up into 12 teams and are competing for bragging rights for the next year. Each team has roasted several batches of beautiful El Salvador SHG bean from the Matalapa Estate on three separate roasting machines. We just submitted our three best efforts for judging. We had some strong (and different) opinions on approach, but in the end I think we did OK. We'll see. It's Who's who in the business here this weekend and the competition is fierce. What a great time I'm having!
