This weekend, Les and I house sat and dog sat for my cousin in Evanston, Chicago. We went to the local market, foraged for berries to make a pie, and watched the local parade. That night we had a wonderful potluck dinner with some friends with all fresh ingredients from each others gardens or local shops/markets. Just wonderful!
