Another use for a Pour Over
If you are looking for another way to use your Hario V60 (which we sell at VCH) or pour over cone, think about using it as a french fry holder.
Try making truffle oil Belizean Bologo fries...
When I lived in Belize that is what they called these bananas, but I think in other places they call them Burro bananas. You fry them up when they are still green and unripe. We didn't have them with truffle oil in Belize, but thought that would be a good addition.
Just make sure to clean out your Hario V60 really well before using it for coffee again!

I believe they are usually called plantains here.
It's actually something a little different than a plantain. We also had those in Belize and those make really good fries also!!
