Another use for a Pour Over

If you are looking for another way to use your Hario V60 (which we sell at VCH) or pour over cone, think about using it as a french fry holder.

Try making truffle oil Belizean Bologo fries...

When I lived in Belize that is what they called these bananas, but I think in other places they call them Burro bananas. You fry them up when they are still green and unripe. We didn't have them with truffle oil in Belize, but thought that would be a good addition.

Just make sure to clean out your Hario V60 really well before using it for coffee again!

Opening Vienna Coffee on the Run at Pellissippi State Community College

We are happy to announce that we just opened a new kiosk in the lobby of the Blount County branch of Pellissippi State Community College.

We will be open from 8am - 2pm each day to help the students get that extra kick in the morning to help them through their next class.

We hope that if you attend Pellissippi State you'll come and say hi and grab a good ole cup of hot joe.
